Search, borrow, read and return materials over the Internet. Thousands of eBooks (full-text electronic versions of published books) are available for preview and check out. Obtain the required password* in the Learning Resource Center.

  2. Enter your search term. (If it is a phrase, then put it in " ")
  3. Preview or check out the eBook.

Locate reference materials and full-text periodicals from reputable and scholarly databases provided by the University System of Georgia.
Search thousands of resources on and off campus. Students must obtain the password* to utilize off-campus searches.

Georgia Virtual Technical College  

Georgia Virtual Technical College Library Resources (GVTC)- Online education with over 1000 fully accredited course offerings from Georgia's 34 technical colleges. Classes for certification and continuing education are available.


Georgia Virtual Technical College  

Online Library Resources Project - GVTC hosts a set of web pages with 20 to 25 web sites for each major program offered by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG). These resources, especially recommended for TSCG students, are accessed through GVTC.


PINES

Georgia Library Public Information Network for Electronic Services

 

 

Georgia's public library automation and lending network for 249 libraries in 127 counties. PINES is an initiative of the Georgia Public Library Service, a unit of the University System of Georgia.

Georgians with a PINES library card have access to materials beyond what is available on their local shelves and enjoy the benefits of a shared collection of 7.7 million books and materials that can be delivered to their home library with no charge to the library user that contributes to a more educated Georgia through lifelong learning.

A database of carefully researched essays written to give students a thorough review of all sides of a topical issue or controversy in today's news. A User ID and password (NOT the GALILEO password) are required in order to access this database. Contact a librarian to get the User ID and password.
