A student desiring to graduate should make an appointment with their academic advisor before the following dates:
Please verify that you have met all the Graduation Requirements as listed in the DTC Catalog. The Course Requirements that you have been tracking for your program of study can be found under Programs. Once you have verified that you have met all the requirements, please consult your academic advisor prior to filling out the online application.
To apply for a DEGREE or a DIPLOMA, you will fill out and submit the Graduation Application online. The login information is the same as your login for Banner Web - the username is your student ID number and the password is your 6 digit PIN. If you are unable to login, call the Banner Web Support line at x5911 for assistance. Once you finish entering the required information and click Submit, a page with a confirmation number will display. Please print out the confirmation page for future reference.
A Graduation Processing Fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) is charged to every student applying for graduation for a Diploma or an Associate in Applied Science Degree.
Technical Certificates of Credit (TCC) are automatically awarded to currently enrolled students who meet the Graduation Requirements as listed below at the end of each quarter.
A student who has submitted an online graduation request with confirmation and is unable to complete all the graduation requirements in the selected quarter may complete the Change of Graduation Status Form below. A student who has completed a Diploma or Degree program and is receiving a registration message of “STATUS PROHIBITS REGISTRATION” will need to re-apply with the Admissions Office.
