While, according to the State Department of Labor, Georgia’s jobless claims continue to climb as much as 126 percent from March of 2008, DeKalb Technical College’s spring 2009 enrollment is 4,233 which is an increase of 17 percent from spring 2008. This enrollment is a three percent increase from Winter Quarter 2009.
