Important Tuition Change Announcement:
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) approved a tuition credit hour cap increase from twelve (12) to fifteen (15) hours. This increase is effective for Winter quarter 2009, and includes students who have previously registered for 2009-03 Winter quarter as well as students who have yet to register.
Students who have registered for over twelve (12) hours and have already paid for Winter quarter will have a balance due. Student accounts with outstanding balances must be paid in full by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20. Please note that students who are receiving the HOPE grant or HOPE Scholarship will have their financial aid awards adjusted to cover this increased tuition charge. Cash paying students must pay any additional charge this increase creates by January 20, 2009. This change does not affect fees. If you have a balance for unpaid fees you must settle those charges by January 20, 2009, as well. The HOPE program does not cover many of the mandatory fees.
As a reminder, the previously published tuition and fee pay schedule remains in effect. Any balance owed after January 20, 2009, will result in the student being purged from all classes and unable to attend or complete Winter quarter 2009.

Financial Aid recipients should contact the Financial Aid Office for verification that your financial aid award has been approved. The Financial Aid Office is located Room A-163 at the Clarkston Campus or you may call 404-297-9522, Ext. 1168, 1107, or Student Affairs in Room A-214 at the Covington Campus, 404-297-9522 Ext. 3107.
Note: Beginning Fall Quarter, 200902 we will not longer generate a HOPE Book Voucher. All students should go directly to the Bookstore with a valid student ID and drivers license to use their HOPE Book Credit. The credit will be available in the bookstore during the first two weeks of each quarter.
