Welcome to the Institutional Planning, Evaluation, and Effectiveness (IPEE) web site. The purpose of the site is to provide the visitor with information about DeKalb Technical College's institutional effectiveness system, institutional outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives. We have populated the pages with common data reports, required accreditation information, and descriptions of system components.
The Office of Institutional Planning, Evaluation, and Effectiveness will initiate and coordinate the evaluation of college effectiveness toward fulfilling the mission of DeKalb Technical College. Through a collaborative, continuous, comprehensive, and integrated system of assessment and planning activities, DTC will exceed the standards of its regional accrediting body and the Department of Technical and Adult Education. This office will provide to its constituents relevant research for the purpose of meeting outcomes to enhance student learning. Planning and evaluation processes at DTC reflect the College's commitment to the systematic assessment of outcomes and the use of results for continuous improvement.
