Purpose and History

 

Incorporated in 1987, the DeKalb Technical College Foundation (DTCF) is a community-based non-profit organization that strives to promote the cause of technical and adult education and to expand educational opportunities for the students of DeKalb Technical College (DTC). The Foundation endeavors to assist in providing resources to support, improve, and promote technical and adult education programs and services for students in DeKalb, Rockdale, Newton, and Morgan counties.

Tax Status

 

The DeKalb Technical College Foundation is a community-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization led by a board of volunteer trustees. All contributions, whether gifts of cash, deferred gifts, or in-kind, are tax deductible. For further information, contact the DTC Foundation Office at 404-297-9522 ext. 1112.
